Keto Beef Short Ribs

 

My Keto beef short ribs are always a hit. It is so simple and only requires a few things.

 

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Season ribs with salt and pepper.
  • Place ribs in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  • Put ribs in oven for 2 hours and 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil from pan and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Remove ribs from pan and let rest for 15-20 minutes loosely covered with foil.
